One wide hook-and-loop strap opens the whole front of the boot, so the foot goes in without bending or forcing, and the strap is adjustable across the instep. The toe box is widened front and back so the toes are not pinched in thick socks, and the toe springs up 25 degrees with a moulded bumper so the front does not catch on kerbs or steps. The insulated insole carries an arch support and a fleece face, and the lining is wool, which stays warm without trapping sweat.

Colours, Sizes and Fit

Black or grey, EU 38 to 45. The strap opens wide enough for a high instep, and the boot is cut as a short ankle boot rather than a tall shaft, so it closes neatly over trousers. If you wear thick socks, take the larger of two sizes.

Materials and Care

Wool-blend felt upper, wool lining, insulated fleece insole and foam-rubber outsole. Brush off dirt when dry, wipe the upper with a barely damp cloth and let the boots air dry away from direct heat; do not machine wash.
