How these shoes are selected

These shoes are selected for a neutral, stable base with cushioning — so the leg can move the way it naturally does. A hip that aches by the end of the day has often spent that day absorbing a landing pattern it was not designed for. Correcting it at the foot is unglamorous and slow, which is exactly why it works: a neutral base changes the alignment of the whole leg, and the hip stops being the joint that has to absorb the difference.

Will these fix my hip pain?

No single shoe fixes hip pain. A stable, cushioned, neutral shoe removes one aggravating factor; the rest is clinical.

Does pronation control matter here?

It can. If your foot rolls excessively, a stable base keeps the leg's alignment more consistent through the step.

Which base should I look for?
