What does "hand-forged" mean?

It uses traditional techniques like loutai (hand-hammering), zanke (engraving), and huasi (filigree weaving), featuring matte texture and durability. Originating from royal workshops, it represents heritage and craftsmanship.

How can I verify the 18K/24K purity?

Every AZEKA piece comes with independent third-party certification verifying gold content meets international 18K/24K standards. The X-ray fluorescence spectrometer enables rapid and non-destructive purity determination.

Can I engrave my AZEKA ring?

Yes! We offer complimentary engraving on inner/outer bands for names, dates or symbols. Most designs support engraving - check product pages for details.

Do you use alloy or gold plating?

Never! All our jewelry is crafted from pure gold unless otherwise specified. (Theoretical purity of 24K gold is 100%, though absolute purity is unattainable due to refining limitations.) Thus certified as ≥99.99% purity.

Is your gold conflict-free and sustainably sourced?

Our traceable gold, known as "green gold", originates from conflict-free regions complying with stringent environmental and human rights policies.

24K Gold vs. 18K Gold？

24K gold has purity ≥99.99%, soft texture, symbolizing pure gold; 18K gold contains 75% gold, mixed with other metals for enhanced hardness and diverse colors, ideal for gemstone settings. Differences lie in purity, durability, and applications.

Is it normal for gold jewelry to have flaws?

Yes, it's normal. Pure gold is soft and prone to scratches or minor pits; ancient-method pieces may show uniform flaws due to handcrafting. Minor flaws don’t affect value, but severe cases can be professionally repaired.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Most items are returnable except personalized jewelry. To qualify, pieces must be unworn with security tags intact, returned in original packaging and condition.

About Warranty

All jewelry purchased directly through AZEKA comes with a lifetime care and repair warranty. This excludes coverage for theft, product loss, or disappearance of any kind.

Our warranty covers but is not limited to:

Why ship from China? Are returns sent back to China?

As a Swiss-headquartered brand, AZEKA maintains production facilities and warehouses in China to optimize costs. All shipments and returns are processed through our Chinese warehouse.
